EVERYONE NEEDS TWO THINGS AT THANKSGIVING TIME - TO GIVE THANKS AND A DELICIOUS PIE.
This fun and philanthropic event supports Palm Beach County’s homebound senior population through the purchase of donated pies for the Thanksgiving holiday. Each pie purchased for a $30 donation will underwrite a week of hot, nutritious meals for a local, homebound senior. In return, supporters will receive a delicious pie donated by one of Palm Beach County’s finest restaurants, hotels, country clubs, bakeries, and purveyors.
SERVING HOMEBOUND SENIORS
Since its inception in 2015, the “Pie It Forward” campaign, has raised nearly one million dollars, providing 200,000 meals and wellness checks to homebound seniors throughout Palm Beach County. Everyone needs two things during Thanksgiving: a delicious pie and to give thanks by paying it forward. Over the past 8 years more than 100 Palm Beach County chefs and bakers from leading country clubs, restaurants, hotels and caterers have generously donated delicious Thanksgiving pies for us to sell. “Pie It Forward” has become known as the County’s biggest and best bake sale!
Meals on Wheels of the Palm Beaches receives zero government funding and relies solely on the generosity of our community through fundraisers, grants and donations to fulfill its mission.

Limited pie quantities available. Pies are freshly prepared by different chefs throughout the county so each pies will vary accordingly.
Virtual Pie
Don't need a pie but want to support the mission? Purchase a "virtual" pie (or 2 or 3). Your generous donation will go directly toward feeding a local, homebound senior in need.
Slice for a Senior
Make a difference one slice at a time! Add on a little extra to your donation with a $5 Slice for a Senior or two!
Apple Pie
An American classic, our most popular pie and the one with the most tantalizing taste. From the tasty apples to the flaky crust, it is sure to please every palate.
Pumpkin Pie
Nothing says Thanksgiving better than a traditional pumpkin pie. A symbol of harvest time with a spiced custard filling and flaky crust.
Key Lime Pie
This delicious Florida favorite will be specially prepared by executive chefs in local restaurant & resort kitchens.
Pecan Pie
It's impossible to go wrong with pecan pie. Especially one that is really loaded with nuts, has a little verve from orange zest, and isn't overly sweet-YUM!
"Gift-A-Pie"
A local favorite! Buy a pie for someone special. We'll send your pie recipients a voucher, and they log in and choose their pie. Pies must be picked up on Tuesday, Nov 21st at one of our designated locations. Sweet!
