2025 Pie Master Guidelines

We’re so grateful for your time, talent, and generosity.
As a Pie Master, your delicious pies help make this campaign a success-and more importantly, each pie sold provides a week of hot meals for a homebound senior in Palm Beach County. This is a chance to showcase your culinary skills while making a meaningful impact. We kindly ask that you follow the guidelines to ensure every pie is perfect and ready to delight!

Pie Requirements:
Size:
- All pies must be 9 inches to fit in the provided 10x10x2.5-inch box.
Flavors:
- You’ll be randomly assigned one of these:
- Apple, Pecan, or Key Lime.
- Additional specialty flavors may be requested of you.
Toppings:
- Only Key Lime pies may have whipped topping.
Preparation:
- Pies must be fully baked and cooled before boxing.
Packaging:
- Use the provided boxes.
- No plastic wrap-remove any before boxing.
- Pack carefully to prevent damage.
- Boxed pies will be grouped: 8 pies per master box.
Logistics & Communication:
Eligibility:
- Only restaurants, hotels, country clubs, or caterers in Palm Beach County may participate.
Pick-Up Day:
- All pies must be ready for pick-up on Monday, Nov. 24, between 9 AM - 1 PM.
- If closed on Mondays, please arrange for someone to be available.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Instructions:
- Let us know any special procedures for box dropoff or pie pick-up by Nov. 7.

Important Dates for Pie Masters - 2025 Campaign
Deadline to Join | Friday, October 31 | To be part of this year’s campaign and receive full promotional benefits, please submit your Pie Master Commitment Form by this date. |
Flavor Assignments | Monday, November 3 | This week, you’ll be assigned one of the three pie flavors: Pecan, Apple, or Key Lime. |
Online Pie Orders Open! | November 1 - November 19 | Customers can place their pie orders online during this time. |
Pie Box Drop-Off | Wednesday - Friday, November 19-21 | We’ll deliver your custom pie boxes-each one will proudly show that your business supports “Pie It Forward!” |
Pie Pick-Up Day | Monday, November 24 | Your pies will be picked up by a MOWPB Volunteer or Scalisi Produce and delivered to Pie Central. We’ll provide a general time window. |
Pie Distribution Day | Tuesday, November 25 | Customers will pick-up their pies from their assigned distribution sites. |
