Important Dates for Pie Masters - 2025 Campaign
| Deadline to Join | Friday, October 31 | To be part of this year’s campaign and receive full promotional benefits, please submit your Pie Master Commitment Form by this date. |
| Flavor Assignments | Monday, November 3 | This week, you’ll be assigned one of the three pie flavors: Pecan, Apple, or Key Lime. |
| Online Pie Orders Open! | November 1 - November 19 | Customers can place their pie orders online during this time. |
| Pie Box Drop-Off | Wednesday - Friday, November 19-21 | We’ll deliver your custom pie boxes-each one will proudly show that your business supports “Pie It Forward!” |
| Pie Pick-Up Day | Monday, November 24 | Your pies will be picked up by a MOWPB Volunteer or Scalisi Produce and delivered to Pie Central. We’ll provide a general time window. |
| Pie Distribution Day | Tuesday, November 25 | Customers will pick-up their pies from their assigned distribution sites. |
